Hotel Policies

    • We request all bookings are confirmed online
    • Guests are requested, where possible, to check in online
    • On arrival, your keys and check in card will be ready for you at reception to collect
    • Please advise of and confirm your arrival time. We request guests arrive at their designated check in time to avoiding queuing at reception
    • Baggage can be left at reception and taken to your room subject to availability and social distancing policies
    • On check out, please leave your room key card/key in your bedroom
    • One way systems and social distancing policies are in force throughout the hotel. We request every guest adheres to these guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in your booking being cancelled.
    • Every guest will be required to leave their contact details with reception
    • Every guest will be subject to a temperature check upon arrival. Failure of a temperature check may result in your booking being void. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
    • Car parks may have cones enforcing designated parking spaces. Please do not remove cones.
    • Please only send one person to reception to collect your keys
    • Please enter the hotel via the main entrance only.

Before You arrive you may want to pack:

  • A face mask/covering – these are not mandatory for guests at our hotel and is a personal choice.
  • Disposable gloves if you like to use them.
  • Travel hand sanitiser.

Please don’t travel if you have:

  • A high temperature (37.8 degrees or higher).
  • A new and continuous cough.
  • Shortness of breath.
  • Someone in your party who is “shielding”.
  • Loss of taste or smell.

During Your Stay

  • Stick to all government guidelines and any procedures we have in place.
  • Wash your hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds with warm water and soap.
  • Make use of the plentiful hand sanitiser stations.
  • Need to cough or sneeze? Catch it in a tissue and bin it.
  • Got a habit of touching your face? Best to break this habit if you can.
  • Keep your distance from others.
  • Choose to take the stairs over lifts where possible.
  • Pay by contactless where you can.
  • Your bill will be emailed to you the morning of your departure – we’ll then charge your card and send a confirmation invoice afterwards. We wont be issuing paper invoices.
